Atomspace is career intelligence and job-application productivity software. It is not an employment agency, staffing company, recruiter, employer, background-check provider, or job-placement service.

Atomspace is intended for users located in the United States who are age 18 or older.

Account and billing identifiers; career profile information you provide, such as experience, education, skills, preferences, and application details; opportunities you save and the sources you supply; documents you generate or upload; product usage and diagnostic data; and support communications. We collect information required for user-requested career and application features.

To operate the workspace, produce match explanations, draft documents from verified facts, assist with supported application forms, provide support, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell customer information.

Atomspace uses approved AI service providers under business or API terms with documented subprocessors, retention controls, and no model training where contractually available. AI-assisted text is identified in the product, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of any material you submit to an employer.

Job information is collected through approved APIs, source agreements, links you supply, and source-specific authorized methods. Source availability may change. Atomspace does not bypass CAPTCHAs, authentication, paywalls, rate limits, or employer controls.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Qelzyera does not store full payment card numbers. Other processors support hosting, storage, email, error tracking, and privacy-preserving analytics.

The marketing site uses strictly necessary storage and privacy-preserving analytics limited to aggregate engagement events. Sensitive résumé, profile, and application information is not collected through marketing analytics. If nonessential cookies or advertising tools are added later, consent controls will be added as applicable.

We apply published category-specific retention periods and a controlled deletion process. You may request deletion of your account and associated career data through the privacy request process.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, and withdrawal of consent, and may escalate through support. State-specific consumer rights requests are handled through the privacy request process at [PRIVACY_CONTACT_EMAIL].

We use TLS in transit, strong encryption for stored data and backups, least-privilege access, multifactor authentication for privileged accounts, audit logging, and documented incident-response procedures. No service can guarantee absolute security.
