Atomspace provides software for job discovery, match analysis, document preparation, supported application-form assistance, and application tracking. Atomspace sells software access only. It is not an employment agency, staffing company, recruiter, employer, background-check provider, or job-placement service.

You must be located in the United States and at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity in your account.

Atomspace Professional is $150 per month. By subscribing you consent to recurring monthly charges of $150 through Stripe until you cancel. Taxes may apply where required.

You may cancel before your next renewal through your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of your paid billing period.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, resell access, or use Atomspace to submit false or misleading information to employers.

You may not use Atomspace to bypass CAPTCHAs, authentication, paywalls, rate limits, or employer controls, to scrape unauthorized sources, or to perform mass unattended submissions. Atomspace preserves review checkpoints before final submission.

You retain rights to the information and documents you provide. You grant Qelzyera a limited license to process them to deliver the features you request. AI-assisted drafts are generated from your verified profile facts; Atomspace does not fabricate credentials, education, experience, work authorization, or achievements.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of every document, answer, and application you submit to an employer.

Job information originates with third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, or removed. Supported employer application systems and source availability may change.

Atomspace, its software, interfaces, and brand assets are owned by Qelzyera LLC. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

Atomspace relies on third parties including Stripe for payment processing and approved AI service providers. Their terms govern their services.

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. We apply documented security controls, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Atomspace does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, income, or any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qelzyera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities or profits. Total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Qelzyera against claims arising from your misuse of the service or from information you submit to employers.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, for security reasons, or as required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.
